What are Investment Notes?
Investment Notes are an unsecured, subordinated obligation of Pioneer Financial Services. They are not a Certificate of Deposit and are not backed by the FDIC or any other governmental agency.

Who is Pioneer Financial Services?
Pioneer Financial Services has provided consumer financial services for more than 75 years, and has been profitable every year since inception. Since 1986, we have focused on the military community. We acquire personal loans and retail installment contracts made to active-duty and career-retired U.S. military and Department of Defense employees. Who can invest in the Investment Note program?
Investment Notes are available to current residents of Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, Nevada, and Oklahoma who meet certain income and net worth requirements. You do not need to be in the military to invest with us.

Can I access my funds before the maturity date?
No. Your investment must be retained and cannot be redeemed until the agreed upon maturity date. If liquidity is a concern for you, you may want to reconsider this investment or invest for a shorter duration, such as a 12-month Investment Note.

Who regulates the company?
Pioneer Financial Services is regulated by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and state securities regulatory agencies for Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, Nevada, and Oklahoma as well as the U.S Securities and Exchange Commission. We also comply with other applicable laws and regulations.
